A stretch hood machine applies tubular stretch film around a pallet with goods.
Film is drawn from a reel, stretched and applied to the product. When the film is released it recovers naturally, tightening around the pack providing stability, protection against dust and water, with a printed logo if required. The machines are very reliable, and need very little maintenance. There is no heat required and the machines are eco-friendly because there is less foil required than with shrink machines.
